Tivoli Systems, Inc.

For Tivoli Systems, a division of IBM, Ross helped integrate three divisions into a single new department.  The project involved identifying and incorporating best practices into a single way of working.  In addition to training team members, developing a new employee orientation program, and implementing project tracking procedures, Ross established department standards that would help this highly visible new team differentiate themselves.
